The Fall

The Fall Magazine relies on an abundance of high-quality content to support its art, culture, fashion and lifestyle division. The feature written, imagery and video content during their interviews with prominent media and arts figures. They chose us here at Webheads to design their custom fashion website as they knew they wanted a team who could produce a content-rich, responsive online presence to support them online. The bespokely designed WordPress fashion website allows them to display a huge amount of content in a visually appealing and aesthetic manner across both desktop and mobile devices.

On your first visit to any of the pages of the website, it becomes clear that the navigation allows you to find exactly what you are looking for. Under the words ‘The Fall’ which adorn the header section are the tabs for the ‘Screen’, ‘Fashion’, ’Music’, ‘Culture’ and ‘The fall TV’. Click/tap into any of these sections and you will be greeted by blocks of content comprising of images, written pieces and interviews and also many pieces of video content. The header also hosts images with links built into them to take visitors to The Fall Mag’s respective FaceBook, Twitter and Instagram accounts. With a clear navigational structure like this in place, it is easy for visitors to the website to get fully immersed in the world of The Fall Mag. Due to the website being mobile responsive (as all of our web design builds are), the world of The Fall Mag becomes accessible to all.

Due to The Fall having a wealth of high quality imagery and a staff force containing excellent copywriters, we were confident that they would be able to bring any new pages that they add to the website to life (vibrantly). Therefore the appearance of the website is simple in its execution as the content within it is the draw for visitors to interact with. Therefore the clean colours of black and white are used overall across the site with their imagery and content used as backgrounds on certain pages to provide a splash of (branded) colour.
