In front of a crowd of forty-thousand spectators (and those watching on TV all around the world), Lewis Hamilton pulled off a series of doughnuts to celebrate this incredible career milestone. Peers including Ferrari’s Sebastian Vettel made sure to congratulate him too in a great moment of comradery for the sport. The Webheads team are major petrolheads at heart and so it is a dream to be part of #TeamLH as we watch his achievements unfold and get interacted and engaged with in the digital space. Boasting almost twenty-million followers across Facebook, Instagram and Twitter; this Mercedes driver has a real presence both online and offline.
We designed and deployed the custom website for Project 44 – a sports management company that represents high-profile sporting athletes. While we may have to keep this a bit under wraps for now and not name any names, we’re sure you can imagine the calibre of athlete, especially motorsports athletes, that Project 44 deals with. A huge supporter of motorsports, we love being involved in any way, shape and form – especially when we can indulge our dual passions for racing and web agency management. This has also seen us work with the likes of Daytona, Quaife Engineering and Mission Motorsport.
Webheads also have a tangible presence on the track itself, with our logo adorning the many cars that we sponsor that race all over the world. Webheads founder JM Littman is an avid racer too, known far and wide in the industry for his passion and drive in getting both vehicles, websites and the online presence of brands turbocharged and in pole position. So we take this moment to take stock of our love and passion of racing and motorsports and once again to congratulate Mr. Lewis Hamilton on his stunning career and achievements to date. #TeamLH
