The revamped sites now include details of each attraction included in the London and Paris Pass guides, along with handy city hints, details of the money off deals available, and the London Pass iPhone app download.
Leisure Pass Group product marketing director Amanda Truman explained:
“Leisure Pass Group was one of the first attraction companies to really embrace the web as a sales channel and it is been at the heart of our success. But it was time for a complete overhaul of the sites to improve the user experience.
“The London and Paris Sightseeing passes are all about convenience, and we wanted the sites to reflect this. Importantly, we have made sure we drive users to our social media presence – we want to encourage people to share advice and help other visitors.”
The site improvements were carried out by leading web design studio Webheads.
JM Littman, managing director of Webheads added:
“The freshened look is what consumers will notice, but we have completely rebuilt these sites from the ground up to improve the content management, ecommerce and back office integration. Customers can now buy a card with just one click, which should improve the all important conversion rate.”
The partnership with the London based design team Webheads is a long-term commitment with further projects in the planning stage.
