Shareholder.com Launches IR Internet Standard

The recent Webheads development and launch of Millicom International Cellular website with it's sophisticated Investor Relations Area - WebHeads Director JM Littman was asked to comment and review Shareholder.com's IR XML web tool.

Key to irXML’s simplicity and efficiency is its four-step automatic code generation process. First, the developer selects a development language including ASP, Cold Fusion, Perl or JavaScript. Alternately, the developer can work directly with XML. Secondly, the company is identified by entering a stock ticker. Thirdly, irXML automatically generates dynamic code and allows the developer to preview their designs in HTML prior posting on-line. Lastly, the code is cut and pasted into the final HTML page residing on any server, worldwide. irXML’s automatic code generator supports over 50 IR specific functions that facilitate Reg FD compliance, including webcasts, event calendars, email broadcast lists, stock charts, quotes, price look-up functions, earnings estimates, SEC filings data, FAQs, printed materials request pages and many others.
